Credit Card Security
Any personal credit card information you submit to E-tique.org for ordering is encrypted through our network using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) as it is transmitted over the Internet. The information then resides solely on a secure server and can be accessed only in reference to fulfilling your order(s) and answering queries. When you place an order, we'll ask you to enter your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and credit card number with expiration date.
Once you have entered this information, your credit card number will always be encrypted so that the number itself cannot be viewed in any of our systems. This information will only be used to process your order. Once your order has been completed, your credit card data will NOT be stored on our server. We will retain only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for order reference purposes.
E-tique.org uses a third party intermediary for order fulfillment, which is solely a link in our distribution chain. The third party does not store, retain, or use information we give them. We also use a credit card processing service to bill the user for products and services. This company does not store a user's personal information nor use it for any marketing purposes. Credit card information will be stored by this processing service solely in order to reference and answer any customer billing queries.

E-tique.org respects your personal information. Any information you give us is stored on a secure server in an encrypted form. Unless requested, this information is accessed only in order to process your orders. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. For each visitor log-in to the
E-tique.org Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes only the user's domain information (IP address, etc.), but not the e-mail address. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our web servers and to administer our site. Also, this site contain may contain links to other sites. You should view the privacy policies of these sites and any others you visit as a matter of best practice when shopping online.
E-tique.org also aggregates information on what pages visitors access or visit and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
